Long ago...

These photos are taken way back... I forgotten when, it's when we went inside Msia and somehow get ourselves lost... Getting lost in a foreign country is kind of scary~ Lolx and worst of all, all our cash is with another person who somehow gone missing which cause us to go separate way~

This is the guy who cause us to lost our way~

Shall not reveal his big name here !

At first, he lead the way but somehow he went the wrong way and make a U-Turn at one of the junction without us knowing it.

End up we went straight all the way... Almost to KL? Lolx
12km of highway... No light No direction... No idea of where we are going...

But luckily we still end up meeting at a spot
If not the whole night we will be circling around aimlessly~

~ The Sorrow Part ~

By right I have take 2 days of leave like 1 month ago for today and tomorrow which end up, I will enjoy a total of six days of leave without any interruption~ However, things did not goes as how it's plan.

I was being recall back tomorrow. Heard that it is due some people taking MC, some people on course or whatever...

Well, being recall back due to low man-power is OK but is it really the case of not enough manpower? Or is it cause of other reason? I been thinking of this question for a very very long time~

It seem that whenever there are task or things to do... Some of the idiots just purely lack of the initiative to go do it, they rather avoid it or push it to someone else to do the job. Which is why it seems that we are always lacking of manpower... If that's the case, even I provide 20 more manpower also not enough isn't it?

Please for god sake, if you guys see something or help that is needed to do something, please take the initiative to do it rather than act blur and walk away. If you guys been doing that all along, then those that always put in effort to take the initiative will be taken for-granted and in the near future, you all can stop thinking of people to help you guys to do whatever you all ask.

And one more thing... If you are free to do something, do it... Don't ask another person to do it just because it's a boring job. You are adding burden to other people, they have their job on hands themselves that need to be done and because of your own laziness and selfishness, you push it to that person and end up that person job keep piling up...

Don't gone missing when we are getting busy, Don't come back when a war is just over, if that's the case, you might as well take leave? Even you are back, don't add salt to those people that just went through the war ~ Everyone is already very tired, even we didn't do well but we still manage to end the war isn't it?

Work as a team... Start thinking for the others... Not just you and yourself...

So to my dear team, We are not lack of manpower, We are just lacking of people that have the initiative to work... If these carry on, then those who go to work even they are sick, those who keep on helping and work for the others will soon lost interest in work...

People just purely take things for-granted...

Or maybe those who already work for years will usually end up this way?
Lost of interest in Work? Shall keep on observing...
